Systems and automation for business and home.
We design, build and operate the systems a business runs on — and the ones a home runs on. Five layers, from the network up to the reporting.
Everything has a reason, and we can explain it.
What it runs on
Networks, servers and access. Segmented networks across multiple sites, remote access carried on two independent vendors so one outage is not a lockout, on-premise compute where it belongs, and credentials held in a vault rather than on disk.
What it controls
Climate, lighting, power, water, access and audio — one controller per building, all centrally observed. Smart locks with codes that rotate on their own, sensor meshes that report battery before they die, noise monitoring where it matters.
What it does
The daily work, automated where automation is safe. Communications drafted by AI with a human on every send. Invoice capture and reconciliation that runs without anyone retyping. Condition inspections documented item by item, with photographic evidence.
What it knows
Extraction, analytics and forecasting. Structured data pulled out of mail, messages and documents. Market and revenue analysis. Energy and climate correlated against what the building actually did. Dashboards that answer a question.
How you know it works
Layered monitoring on independent alert paths, so a single failure cannot silence the alarm. Backups held on site and off. Recovery procedures written down and rehearsed. Handover documentation treated as part of the product, not an afterthought.
The best systems are felt, not noticed.
